How quickly or completely a nutrient is absorbed depends on its formulation; not every spray is proven to outperform pills or gummies. The simplest advantage? No tablets to swallow, gummies to chew, or water required.

Before first use, prime the pump with 4–6 presses. Shake gently, then follow the label directions: up to 8 sprays beneath the tongue at bedtime. Hold for 15–60 seconds, then swallow. Different formulas may have different directions, so always follow your bottle's label.
